Irwandi, agency’s head, said the PKL arrangement in this place is based on Governor Regulation (Pergub) No. 10/2015 about PKL Arrangement.

“Not only implementing the regulation, arranging, and coaching, but we also try to advance the citizen economic,” he said, Wednesday (11/23).

According to him, five percent of PKLs must be arranged every year. One of the ways is by placing them in mall, offices, and so on.

“I ask urban village and sub-district heads and mayors to support the program by selecting the PKL and preparing the space,” he added.

Ernasari (35), one of traders in Puri Kencana Loksem, admitted happy with the program.

“Thanks for the arrangement. We have better stalls and cleaner than before,” she admitted.
